Dr. Katz is a board certified ophthalmologist who has practiced in Palm Beach and Martin Counties since 2006. His educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science Degree with Honors in two majors from Yale University in 1998. He then attended State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine where he attained his M.D. in 2002 in the top 10th percentile of his class. Dr. Katz then pursued his ophthalmic training at Boston University Hospitals, Harvard University Children's Hospital, and Veteran's Administration Hospitals. His training involved extensive exposure to all subspecialties of ophthalmology and prepared him to comfortably treat the most complex and rare diseases of the eye. For the past 9 years in private practice, Dr. Katz has gained extensive clinical and surgical expertise, providing unparalleled eyecare to thousands of patients.
