How to Get to Our Practice

To Jupiter Office by I95:

Take Donald Ross exit heading East

Go approx 1/2 mile to Military Trail, turn left (North) on Military Trail

Go 1/4 mile and you'll see Greenwich Medical Condominium on your Right 

We are in the Surgery Center Building; 2nd Floor

To PSL Office by I95:

Take exit 121 to St.Lucie W Blvd heading East

Go to 2nd light, turn left on Lake Charles Blvd into the Walmart Plaza

Go straight, pass the Walmart, to the end of the road;

You will see the Lake Whitney Place Medical and Professional Plaza
